Join Our Growing Team at Holstep Health! • Job Title: Receptionist - Casual • Location : All Holstep Health Locations as required • Job Type: Casual • Supportive team Brief Description Casual Receptionist supporting diverse communities across Holstep Health sites through exceptional customer service in a community healthcare setting. Your new role: The Receptionist is the first point of contact for clients, visitors and staff, providing high-quality customer service and administrative support across Holstep Health. The role is responsible for managing reception services, client enquiries, appointments, client registrations, telephone communications and a range of administrative functions to support the delivery of community health services. The successful applicant will provide reception and administrative support across all Holstep Health locations as operationally required, assisting with leave coverage, unplanned absences and periods of increased demand. You will be responsible for: • Managing a busy reception desk, including incoming calls, enquiries and appointment bookings. • Registering new clients and maintaining accurate client records. • Coordinating appointment schedules, reminders and waitlists. • Processing client service fees and undertaking daily reconciliation tasks. • Providing administrative support to a range of clinical and community health programs. • Managing correspondence, filing, scanning, mail distribution and other administrative activities. • Maintaining reception areas and supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of our sites. • Delivering high-quality customer service to diverse communities while maintaining client confidentiality. • Providing reception and administrative support across multiple Holstep Health sites as operationally required. What you will need to succeed: • Previous experience in a reception, customer service or administrative role, preferably within a health or community services environment. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities. • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail. • Confidence using multiple computer systems and Microsoft Office applications. • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. • Commitment to providing excellent customer service to diverse communities. • Ability to remain calm and professional when managing challenging situations. • Understanding of and commitment to maintaining client confidentiality. • Current First Aid and CPR certification, or willingness to obtain upon commencement. • Flexibility to work across multiple Holstep Health locations and varying shifts based on operational requirements.
