Located in Cairns City QLD, Samba Bowl is a self-serve premium açai and frozen yogurt business currently seeking an experienced and motivated Retail Supervisor to join their team. Key Responsibilities: Ensuring customers receive prompt service and quality products Responding to customer enquiries and complaints regarding products and services Planning and preparing work schedules and assigning staff to specific duties Assisting with interviewing, training, supervising, evaluating, and supporting staff performance Instructing staff on customer service procedures and handling complex customer enquiries Managing customer returns and determining appropriate action in accordance with company procedures Monitoring stock levels, conducting stocktakes, and ordering products and supplies Ensuring products are correctly priced, displayed, and presented Supervising the day-to-day operation of the store to ensure efficient customer service Ensuring workplace health, safety, security, and hygiene procedures are implemented and maintained About You: At least 1 year of relevant experience as a Retail Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role Strong customer service and communication skills Experience supervising, training, and motivating staff in a fast-paced retail environment Good organisational and time management skills Ability to resolve customer enquiries and complaints professionally Experience with stock control and inventory management Knowledge of workplace health, safety, security, and hygiene requirements Ability to work independently and as part of a team Positive attitude with a commitment to delivering excellent customer service Job Type: Permanent / Full-time Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per annum
