The business is currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Retail Manager to join their team. Key Responsibilities: Managing daily retail store operations and ensuring efficient workflow Supervising and coordinating staff, including rostering, training and performance monitoring Maintaining stock levels through ordering, receiving and inventory control Ensuring high standards of customer service and resolving customer enquiries and complaints Monitoring the presentation, pricing and display of products throughout the store Monitoring sales performance and contributing to business improvement initiatives Ensuring compliance with workplace health and safety requirements Coordinating stock replenishment and maintaining accurate inventory records Assisting with merchandising, promotional activities and seasonal product displays About You: At least 1 year of relevant experience in a retail management role Strong leadership and team supervision skills Good knowledge of stock control, merchandising and retail sales processes Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment and manage competing priorities Job Type: Permanent / Full-time Salary: $75,000 – $90,000 per annum
