Dev Logistics Group Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced and results driven Sales and Marketing Manager to lead the company's sales and marketing functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales and marketing initiatives to strengthen the company's market presence, drive business growth, and maintain strong client relationships within the transport and logistics industry. Location: Fyshwick ACT 2604 Salary: $78,000 – $85,000 per annum Superannuation Key Duties and Responsibilities Develop, implement, and evaluate strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve business objectives and revenue growth. Direct and coordinate the company's sales and marketing activities, including business development initiatives and promotional campaigns. Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand the company's customer base and market share. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, suppliers, and key stakeholders. Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for business growth. Develop pricing strategies, service proposals, and marketing initiatives to maximise profitability and customer engagement. Lead, supervise, and support sales and marketing personnel, including setting performance objectives and monitoring outcomes. Prepare and manage sales forecasts, budgets, marketing expenditure, and performance reports for senior management. Represent the company at industry events, networking opportunities, and client meetings to promote the company's transport and logistics services. Ensure all sales and marketing activities comply with company policies, relevant legislation, and industry standards. Requirements AQF Diploma, Advanced Diploma, or Bachelor qualification (or relevant equivalent qualification). Relevant experience in sales, marketing, or business development. Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful sales and marketing strategies. Excellent analytical, organisational, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced transport and logistics environment.
