They develop safe, sustainable and innovative solutions for customers in many specialty sectors, heavy industry and medical environments. As a Customer Service Officer, you will support our client's customer base across Australia and New Zealand with Pre-Sales, Onboarding and Post-Sales related tasks ensuring the smooth onboarding of new customers and a seamless customer experience for all customers. Typical enquiry types that you will handle are pricing requests, product information enquiries, account creation and maintenance, order placement, delivery ETAs and billing related enquiries. Your duties will include: Handle customer enquiries that come through phone, email, and chat channels, providing a positive customer experience that ensures the customer returns again and again. Actively listen to the customer to gain an understanding of the issue they are experiencing, so that you can offer them the right solution. Clarify the requirement; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution. Have a strong attention to detail; using the correct transaction type; recording all necessary information accurately in the appropriate systems; following up cases where necessary to ensure the customer's enquiry is resolved You will ensure customer satisfaction of both internal and external customers by building strong relationships with your respective regional Sales team. Offer solutions that meets the customer's needs and that also aligns to our client's policies and processes Required key skills (Functional/Technical Sound time management skills with the ability to effectively communicate turnaround times to customers as well as deliver on set timeframes. Sound verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving skills, critical thinker. Strong attention to detail, high-level accuracy for data entry/capture.
