Flexible working arrangements - generally 1 day per week, increasing to 2 days during busy periods Choose the day(s) that best suit your schedule Modern offices in Frenchs Forest with onsite parking Friendly, down-to-earth team of five Stable, long-term opportunity with a thorough handover Work closely with the Office Manager and Director About the Role You'll manage a broad range of bookkeeping responsibilities across multiple entities, including: Bank, credit card and loan reconciliations BAS and IAS preparation Accounts receivable and invoicing Month-end reporting Superannuation reporting Payroll support when required Liaising with external accountants Inter-entity transactions and reconciliations Supporting year-end financial processes General bookkeeping and finance administration About You To be successful, you'll ideally have: Previous bookkeeping experience in a similar role Strong knowledge of BAS preparation and general bookkeeping Experience using MYOB (MYOB Advanced highly regarded) Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills Strong communication skills The ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities Experience with Jobpac or construction-related finance software would be advantageous but is not essential.
