Warehouse Supervisor | Bibra Lake Our client is a well-established logistics business seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of a busy warehouse in Bibra Lake. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll be responsible for coordinating warehouse activities, leading a small team, maintaining inventory accuracy and ensuring freight is received and dispatched safely, efficiently and on time. The Role Lead and supervise warehouse staff and daily operations. Plan and prioritise inbound and outbound freight. Coordinate container unloading and dispatch activities. Maintain inventory accuracy and stock integrity. Ensure all warehouse operations comply with OH&S requirements. Liaise with transport providers, customers and internal teams. Drive continuous improvement across warehouse processes. Manage warehouse equipment, consumables and housekeeping. About You To be successful, you'll ideally have: Previous experience as a Warehouse Supervisor, Warehouse Team Leader or Warehouse Manager. Experience within transport, logistics, freight forwarding or 3PL warehousing. Forklift License (LF). Strong leadership and communication skills.
