A Bit About the Role & What We'd Love From You A hands-on hospitality leader who thrives in a fast-paced bar environment. Passionate about exceptional cocktails, wine, spirits, and creating memorable guest experiences. Confident leading shifts, supporting team development, and setting the standard on the floor. Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, premium spirits, and wine, with a genuine passion to continue learning. Experience with venue open and close procedures. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail across presentation, cleanliness, stock control, and service standards. Experience assisting with ordering, stocktakes, invoicing, and daily operations. Ability to remain calm and lead by example during busy service periods. Availability across weekdays and weekends.
