You’ll be working on a diverse range of tenders including: Hard Dollar tenders. Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) opportunities. Design & Construct projects. The Opportunity Reporting directly to the senior leadership team, you’ll play a key role throughout the pre-construction process. Preparing detailed BOQs, estimates and tender submissions. Reviewing drawings, specifications and contract documentation. Managing subcontractor and supplier engagement. Identifying risks, opportunities and value management solutions. Supporting projects from initial opportunity through to tender submission This role will suit an Estimator who enjoys being involved in the bigger picture — understanding the project, influencing outcomes and contributing to successful delivery. Strong understanding of Hard Dollar, Design & Construct and ECI tender processes. Ability to analyse plans, identify risks and develop accurate cost solutions. Strong subcontractor and supplier relationships. Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
