This is much more than a forklift role. You'll be the face of the business for trade customers, assist with warehouse operations, and help keep stock and deliveries moving efficiently. Key Responsibilities Operate forklifts to load and unload trucks safely and efficiently Move, store and organise aluminium stock throughout the warehouse and yard Assist trade customers collecting orders Pick and pack customer orders Process orders, stock movements and invoices using the company computer system Respond to customer enquiries and provide excellent service Maintain a safe, organised and efficient work environment Support the wider team with day-to-day warehouse operations About You To be successful in this role, you will have: Current Forklift Licence (LF) Good computer skills and confidence using systems Strong customer service and communication skills A positive, reliable and professional attitude Physical fitness and willingness to perform manual handling tasks Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety Able to lean to operate a router machine Desirable Previous warehouse or distribution experience Experience working within a trade, building products or industrial environment Experience with customer-facing roles If you're looking for a stable role that combines forklift operation, warehouse duties and customer interaction with a respected Australian business, apply today!
