Due to continued growth, we are seeking a skilled and motivated Software Engineer to join our professional technology team. As a Software Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining software applications and technology solutions that support business operations and client requirements. You will work collaboratively with technical teams, stakeholders, and clients to deliver innovative and reliable software solutions. Key Responsibilities: Analyse business and technical requirements and translate them into software design specifications. Design, develop, test, implement, and maintain software applications and system integrations. Develop secure, scalable, and high-performance software solutions using modern programming frameworks and technologies. Troubleshoot software defects, performance issues, and system integration challenges. Collaborate with project managers, network engineers, and technical support teams to deliver technology solutions. Participate in software testing, code reviews, deployment activities, and quality assurance processes. Develop and maintain technical documentation, system specifications, and user guides. Monitor application performance and implement enhancements to improve reliability, security, and functionality. Skills and Experience Required: Bachelor's degree or higher qualification in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of three years of relevant software development experience. Strong knowledge of software development methodologies, object-oriented programming, and system design principles. Experience with programming languages such as C#, Java, Python, JavaScript, or similar technologies. Experience working with SQL databases, APIs, cloud platforms, and web technologies.
