About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Engineering Technologist to join our team. You will bridge design and on-site delivery, support technical delivery across construction projects, ensure compliance with Australian standards, and drive quality, safety, and efficiency for our commercial fit-out, development, and custom build projects. Key Duties: Provide technical support for construction projects, including reviewing drawings, specifications, and engineering solutions. Assist in the implementation, testing, and optimisation of engineering technologies and construction methods. Conduct site inspections, technical investigations, and compliance checks to meet Australian building codes, safety standards, and project specifications. Prepare and maintain technical documentation, reports, project records, and compliance files. Support project managers, engineers, and site teams to resolve technical issues, improve processes, and ensure build quality. Assist with material testing, quality verification, and technical reviews for construction works. Ensure alignment with project requirements, regulatory obligations, and company quality systems. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, Engineering Technology, or a related discipline (AQF equivalent). Relevant experience as an Engineering Technologist or in construction technical / engineering support roles. Demonstrated technical knowledge in building and construction practices, Australian standards, and compliance. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams. Proficiency in technical documentation, project record-keeping, and basic design or construction software. Commitment to workplace health and safety and quality management.
