What's on Offer: Competitive salary based on experience Full-time ongoing opportunity with long-term career growth Supportive and collaborative team environment Opportunity to lead and develop warehouse operations Stable and reputable employer Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient workflow and productivity Lead, train, and support warehouse staff to achieve operational targets Allocate tasks and monitor team performance to ensure deadlines are met Oversee receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch activities Ensure inventory accuracy through regular stock control and stocktake processes Monitor inbound and outbound shipments and resolve any discrepancies Operate and oversee the safe use of warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet handling equipment Maintain warehouse organisation, cleanliness, and compliance with company procedures Ensure adherence to Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) policies and safe work practices Investigate and report incidents, hazards, and operational issues as required Liaise with management, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure smooth warehouse operations Prepare reports and maintain accurate warehouse records using warehouse management systems Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and service standards Requirements: Current NSW Forklift Licence (LF) Previous experience in a Warehouse Supervisor, Team Leader, or Senior Storeperson role Strong leadership and people management skills Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Experience with inventory management and stock control procedures Strong computer skills and experience using warehouse management systems Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities Physically fit and capable of assisting with warehouse operations when required Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Commitment to workplace safety and compliance Ability to work independently and lead a team effectively Interested candidates click on the “APPLY NOW” button and submit your full updated resume online.
