Job Description Curious and colourful, just like our Birdie, you will be passionate about joining a team who strive to deliver exceptional food with an authentic and welcoming style. Supervising a variety of service periods, you work closely with our Head Chef delivering thoughtful service to our valued guests. You will be a calm and adaptive leader, who inspires your team to deliver exceptional food and service. This role is perfect for a Chef who loves balancing classical skills with modern creativity in the momentum of a dynamic service. Qualifications Your skills and experience will be include: Trade qualification and experience in a similar role, preferably within a venue or hotel environment. Excellent technical knowledge with experience in a variety of cooking techniques and styles. Holds a strong understanding of European cooking techniques and flavour profiles. Demonstrated experience leading staff. Exemplary communication skills. Excellent organisational skills. Ability to maintain high and consistent standards. Available for a rotating roster that includes early morning starts and late-night finishes.
