You’ll be the first point of contact for inbound enquiries and play a key role in keeping daily operations running smoothly. Key Responsibilities Manage inbound calls and email enquiries Coordinate and schedule appointments using internal systems Liaise with hospitals, referrers, clinicians and patients Maintain accurate records and data entry Provide administrative support to the wider operations team Ensure bookings and service requests are processed efficiently and accurately What We’re Looking For Experience in customer service, call centre, bookings or administration Strong communication skills (phone and email) High attention to detail and strong organisational skills Confident using multiple digital systems Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment Professional, calm and solution-focused approach If you enjoy structured processes, speaking with a variety of stakeholders, and being part of a team that keeps services running smoothly, we’d love to hear from you.
