Legal Office Assistant & Receptionist | Full Time — Brisbane, Brisbane Region

A leading national law firm is seeking a Legal Office Assistant/ Receptionist to join its Brisbane office. If you're someone with 6-12 months of administrative or reception experience who is looking to break into the legal industry and progress your career, this is a fantastic opportunity! The Role This is a busy and diverse position where no two days are the same. Your responsibilities will include: Supporting general office and business services tasks Liaising with clients, Lawyers, and legal support staff Assisting with reception duties Setting up workstations for new starters Preparing boardrooms for meetings and law firm events Managing incoming and outgoing mail for the Brisbane office Assisting with invoice reconciliation This is not a desk-based role You’ll be active, on your feet and involved across the office. Note: Due to the nature of the role it will be office based, 5 days a week and not suitable to law students or law graduates.
