Civil Leading Hand | Scenic Rim QLD We are currently seeking an experienced Civil Leading Hand to join a well-established civil construction team working within the Scenic Rim region, primarily based around Tamborine Village. This is a long-term contracted opportunity with the potential for extension, offering a company vehicle and the opportunity to work across a range of civil construction projects within a supportive team environment. About the Role Lead and support crews across civil construction activities Coordinate daily works and ensure projects are completed safely and efficiently Read and interpret construction drawings Maintain accurate recording and completion of work activities Liaise with supervisors, operators, and crew members on-site Role Details Location: Scenic Rim Office based in Stapylton Monday to Friday roster Day shift role with occasional night and weekend works as required Company vehicle provided About You To be successful in this role, you will have: Previous experience in a Civil Leading Hand position Strong understanding of civil construction processes Ability to read and interpret construction drawings Good communication and leadership skills Reliable attendance and strong work ethic A team-focused attitude If you are looking for a stable opportunity with a reputable civil contractor and enjoy leading from the front, we would like to hear from you.
