Project Coordinator Intern — Melbourne, Melbourne Region

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Provide administrative support to the department and project teams by following instructions and supporting documentation. Set up and book projects in the system, including planning and setting up billing terms. Maintain document control of projects, record any documentation provided by the project manager or team, and ensure all inputs and outputs are saved and traceable. Support the project manager with the invoicing process as needed. Perform procurement activities, including creating vendors in the system, preparing purchase orders, keeping the traceability register updated, and preparing items for shipping. Follow and apply SEL Values, Principles of Operations, and World Class Manufacturing Principles. Understand, create, simplify. Perform other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications Proven Expertise in Microsoft Office programs Ability to learn and communicate technical information. Strong writing, documentation, and speaking skills Ability to learn new skills and assume new responsibilities Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment Ability to work independently and take initiative Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of Lotus Notes Knowledge of Agile project management skills, techniques, and terminology Knowledge of project management skills, techniques, and terminology Physical Requirements None
