Key Responsibilities: Manage customer enquiries, delivery updates, and escalations Coordinate transport orders, allocate loads, and schedule time slots Liaise with transport hubs and operations teams across Australia Check and verify billing accuracy Resolve freight and delivery issues Maintain accurate order and shipment records About You: Previous experience in logistics, transport, or supply chain administration (preferred) Strong communication and stakeholder management skills High attention to detail with excellent organisational ability Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritise tasks effectively Available for an immediate start Why Apply?
