We are seeking a motivated and professional Receptionist / Administration Support person to join our Head Office team based in Willawong. This entry-level role is perfect for a school leaver or anyone looking to launch a career in administration. While experience in the automotive or insurance industry is a plus, we’re happy to train the right candidate who brings a positive attitude and a willingness to learn. This is a full-time, in-office role Monday – Friday. Key Duties Welcome and assist customers and visitors in a professional, friendly manner Manage inbound and outbound enquiries from insurance companies and customers Assist with coordinating customer assessments and repair bookings Assist with scheduling vehicle transport collections and drop-offs Maintain regular communication with customers to ensure a positive experience Keep the reception area clean, organised, and presentable Perform basic data entry and record-keeping tasks Undertake adhoc administrative duties as required About You Friendly, reliable and professional manner Organised and able to multi-task Enthusiastic, eager to help and a genuine team player Comfortable using computers, including Outlook and basic office programs Valid driver’s license and own transport required Why Work for Us Immediate start available Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Friendly, supportive team environment with opportunities for career growth Learn new skills and gain hands-on experience within the automotive industry Free onsite parking If you’re looking for a varied role in a supportive environment we would love to hear from you.
