Whilst we don’t require industry experience for our entry-level opportunities, these are some the things that might make you stand out: Final year student or recent graduate of a relevant bachelor’s degree (required) Further study, such as a master’s or PhD, in a relevant field Professional industry experience Experience in, or exposure to, the aerospace industry Interest or passion in aerospace engineering or advanced manufacturing Ability to obtain any applicable security clearance or background checks (required) Right to live and work in Australia (required) Personal competencies: Excellent at analysing and solving complex problems Able to plan and organise work effectively Strong communicator, open to asking questions Effective at collaborating in a team environment Flexible and willing to switch between tasks quickly
