Job Responsibilities: Front Desk Management : Greet visitors, answer phone calls, and handle inquiries in a professional manner. Administrative Support : Manage office correspondence, scheduling, filing, and data entry. Customer Service : Assist customers with inquiries related to vehicle purchases, registrations, and service appointments. Document Handling: Maintain accurate records of vehicle registrations, invoices, and customer details. Coordination : Work closely with sales, service, and finance teams to ensure smooth operations. Requirements: Proven experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, or in a similar role (automotive experience is a plus). Knowledge of car registration processes and documentation (preferred). Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office software. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Mandarin speaker preferred but not essential. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in an automotive dealership or related industry. Familiarity with DMV or vehicle registration procedures.
