15th May, 2026 We’re currently seeking an experienced Administration Assistant / Receptionist for a long-term opportunity based in Henderson with a well-established engineering company supporting the marine, mining, and industrial sectors. This is a hands-on office support role suited to someone who enjoys being organised, working within a practical trade-based environment, and supporting day-to-day operations across reception, administration, data entry, and light accounts payable functions. What’s on Offer : • $30 – $35 per hour super • Monday to Thursday | 8am – 4pm • Friday | 8am – 3:30pm • Long-term opportunity with potential permanent transition • Stable and team-focused environment • Varied role supporting office and workshop operations Key Duties : • Reception and phone enquiries • General administration and data entry • Processing supplier invoices • Matching purchase orders, dockets, and invoices • Supporting accounts payable administration • Filing, scanning, and document management • Liaising with suppliers and internal teams • Supporting management and workshop staff Requirements : • Previous administration / reception experience • Strong data entry and organisational skills • Some exposure to accounts payable or invoice processing - not essential but highly regarded • Good Microsoft Office skills • Professional communication skills • Ability to multitask in a busy environment • Experience in engineering, industrial, manufacturing, or trade-based environments highly regarded To Apply: If you are interested, hit 'Apply Now' and send through your updated resume when you and one of our consultants will be in touch with suitable candidates.
