This role would suit a property‑focused lawyer seeking: Broader commercial exposure Increased autonomy and senior stakeholder access A long‑term, career‑building in‑house position Key Responsibilities You will advise on a wide range of property, construction, and commercial matters, including: Acquisitions and disposals, leasing, finance, construction, and development projects Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of property and commercial contracts Overseeing due diligence processes and identifying legal and commercial risks Partnering with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver pragmatic legal advice Supporting dispute and litigation matters as required Mentoring and supporting junior legal team members About You To be successful in this role, you will bring: At least 5 years' PQE as a property or property/commercial lawyer (law firm or in‑house) Strong knowledge of property and construction law and market practice Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills The ability to work autonomously in a fast‑paced, commercial environment Litigation experience is advantageous but not essential Why This Role?
