We are currently looking for several Customer Service Officer. You will be the voice of the company dealing with customer enquiries on both in bound and out bound calls. What you’ll do: Answer and direct incoming phone calls Resolve customer complaints with empathy and practical solutions Rebook missed services efficiently and accurately Monitor and respond to shared mailbox communications Book and update scheduled services Manage service disputes and provide clear resolutions Ensure customer records are up to date with new information What you’ll need: Essential: Experience with Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook) Desirable: Previous call centre experience Knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM systems About you: You’re someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and genuinely enjoys helping others. You're reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work both independently and within a team.
