About the role As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales services to internal and external customers to ensure the continued growth and profitability of Hertz. In this role you will: • Ensure a positive customer experience by greeting and engaging customers • Complete rental and return transactions efficiently and accurately • Sell Hertz rental options to our valued customers • Ensure overall customer satisfaction by resolving issues • Be involved in reservations of rental vehicles and associated requirements • Work as part of a high performing team About you To be successful in this position, our newest team member will have the following: • A full and current driver’s licence with a clean driving record • Experience in retail and sales with the ability to assist customers with rental agreements • Ability to monitor and organise the fleet on a daily basis • Sound keyboard skills • A flexible approach to working hours, and availability to work every second weekend Benefits • Staff discount on rentals • Competitive hourly rate & incentives • Friendly team environment This is a brilliant opportunity to work for the world leader in vehicle rentals and enjoy being part of the friendly team at Hertz Trucks.
