About the Role As the first point of contact at Zeekr, you’ll play a vital role in shaping each guest’s experience every Saturday. Your professionalism, exceptional customer service, attention to detail, and organisation will ensure every interaction reflects the Zeekr brand. Key Responsibilities: Greet and welcome guests, creating a positive and professional first impression Answer incoming phone calls and respond to enquiries with confidence and care Accurately record guest details, vehicle information, and other requests Coordinate closely with all members of the Zeekr team to ensure smooth workflow Communicate updates, timelines, and additional information clearly to guests Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming reception area About You You’re someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and genuinely enjoys helping people.
