Dental Receptionist — Kincumber South, Gosford Area

About the position: Kincumber Dental Care is a welcoming, family-oriented practice providing high-quality general and cosmetic dentistry to our local community. We pride ourselves on creating a comfortable and friendly environment where patients feel cared for and valued. We are currently searching for an experienced Dental Receptionist to join our team on a full-time basis 4 days per week. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for patients and play a key role in creating a warm, welcoming, and seamless patient journey—from initial enquiry through to treatment completion. Key Responsibilities: Patient Interaction: Greet patients warmly, check them in and out, and manage appointment scheduling. Administrative Support: Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries, providing information about treatments and addressing patient concerns or complaints. Billing and Insurance: Process payments, manage billing inquiries, and assist patients with payment plans and verification. Records Management: Maintain patient records accurately, ensuring confidentiality and compliance within regulations. Office Organisation: Keep the reception area tidy and organised, ensuring that all necessary materials are stocked and available. Team Collaboration: Work closely with dental staff to ensure efficient patient flow and communication between front and back office.
