Logistics: Assist with deliveries and site logistics to keep the project on track. Safety First: Help enforce WHS standards, conduct toolbox talks, and ensure site compliance. Documentation: Maintain site records and contribute to progress reporting. About You Trade Background: Carpentry background is strongly regarded. Experience: Proven track record as a Leading Hand or in a senior on-site role within commercial construction. Proactive Mindset: Safety-focused, organised, and ready to lead by example. Visa Status: Open to local residents and Working Holiday Visa (WHV) holders ; sponsorship is also available for the right candidate.
