Key responsibilities: Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, responding to enquiries and providing timely support Monitor and review contractor performance against agreed KPIs Investigate and follow up on service issues and complaints to ensure appropriate resolution Assist with triage and coordination of maintenance requests and service enquiries Provide administrative support including documentation, record keeping, and reporting Contribute to maintaining high levels of tenant satisfaction and service delivery outcomes Support process improvements and ensure compliance with organisational procedures About you: Previous experience in administration, customer service, or contact centre environments Strong communication skills with the ability to manage sensitive or complex enquiries Experience handling complaints or resolving service issues effectively High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities Confident working with stakeholders across different teams Proactive, adaptable, and solutions-focused approach This role offers the opportunity to contribute to an organisation focused on delivering positive outcomes for the community, while working remotely in a supportive team environment.
