We are partnering with a leading Australian retail bank to recruit Customer Service Officers for a branch‑based role located on the Gold Coast (Robina and Southport). This is a full time opportunity offering with four weeks of paid training, ongoing development and strong long‑term career progression opportunities within banking. The important parts: Pay: 38 per hour Super | Duration: 12-month contract (potential for extension and/or permenancy) Hours: 38 hours per week What you will be required to do: This is a branch‑based customer service role, supporting customers face‑to‑face in a busy, professional banking environment.
