We are looking for a friendly and organised Receptionist to join our supportive administration team on a permanent, part-time basis for 2 days per week. Based in our showroom, and as the first point of contact, you'll play a key role in creating a welcoming and professional experience for our customers. You will also work closely with our dynamic sales teams. Key Responsibilities : Greeting customers and managing front desk operations Answering and directing phone calls, emails and customer enquiries Provide administrative assistance to our sales teams About You Our ideal candidate will possess the following attributes: Friendly, professional and approachable Strong communication and organisational skills Customer service focus Great personal presentation Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting Reliable and proactive with positive attitude Good computer skills and attention to detail Experience with Word, Excel and other Microsoft Office apps desirable.
