We are looking for Customer Service Representative / Admin Support to work with a Well-Known Automotive Brand. Location: Mulgrave, VIC OR Nunawading, VIC (Multiple Positions) Payrate: $38 per hour Super Contract Options: 8 weeks (6 May – 30 June) OR 3 weeks (6 May – 23 May) Hours: 8:30am – 5:00pm Roster: Monday to Saturday (No Sundays) Full training provided on your first shift About the Role We are looking for energetic and customer-focused individuals to support a major delivery period for a leading automotive brand. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role where you will help create a seamless and memorable experience for customers on an exciting milestone day. You’ll be involved in front-of-house interactions, light administration, and delivery coordination in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities: Welcome customers and deliver a high-quality, professional experience Guide customers through key features and basic functionality Support delivery operations and appointment coordination Assist with vehicle staging and readiness for handover Work closely with internal teams to ensure vehicles meet quality standards Provide general administrative support where required Assist with movement of vehicles, including trade-ins and used vehicles About You You are approachable, reliable, and thrive in a busy, team-oriented environment.
