Due to growth, we're looking for multiple Customer Service Administrators who can balance high-quality admin work with professional and confident phone communication . What's in it for you? $35.15 per hour Temp-to-perm opportunity Monday to Friday | 8:30am - 4:30pm CBD office location Supportive, fast-paced team You'll be responsible for: Handling a high volume of inbound calls with a clear, professional, and friendly phone manner Managing shared inboxes and responding to enquiries with accuracy and efficiency Entering and updating customer information with strong attention to detail Coordinating requests and ensuring all data and communication is recorded correctly Resolving customer enquiries while maintaining a calm, solutions-focused approach Supporting internal teams with accurate and timely administrative work What you'll bring: Previous experience in customer service and/or administration A confident, professional phone manner (this is essential) Strong data entry skills and a high level of accuracy Ability to multi-task between calls and admin tasks seamlessly Clear written communication and email etiquette Strong organisational skills and time management A proactive, team-focused attitude Requirements: National Police Check (or willing to obtain) Double COVID-19 vaccination Why this role?
