Key Responsibilities Customer Contact - Answer calls, respond to emails, and greet customers in a professional and friendly manner. Order Processing - Enter and track orders accurately, ensuring timely delivery. Enquiries & Support - Provide product information, pricing, and availability to customers. Problem Solving - Manage returns, complaints, and follow-ups, escalating where required. Team Coordination - Work closely with production, sales, and logistics teams to keep orders moving. Record Keeping - Maintain up-to-date customer files and documentation. Requirements Experience in customer service or order processing (manufacturing or trade background an advantage). Strong communication skills and a professional phone manner. Confident using Microsoft Office and basic computer systems. Organised, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Full Australian working rights (citizen or permanent resident). Ability to pass a functional medical and drug & alcohol test.
