We are currently seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to join a leading Not-for-Profit organisation in Lismore. This is a fantastic short-term opportunity to step into a welcoming team environment and make an immediate impact. The Role: This 3-week temporary assignment offers a preferred immediate start, with working hours Monday to Thursday, 9am – 4:30pm . Key Responsibilities: Managing the front desk and warmly greeting visitors Answering and directing incoming calls Handling general administrative duties Providing support to the wider team Maintaining a professional and organised front-of-house environment About You: Previous experience in reception or administration Strong communication and interpersonal skills A friendly, approachable, and professional manner Ability to multitask and stay organised in a busy environment
