We are seeking an experienced Contract Administrator . The successful candidate will oversee contract drafting, review, execution, performance tracking, and process optimisation to support business operations. Key Responsibilities Draft, review, revise, and finalise commercial contracts, service agreements, purchase orders, and subcontract documents. Manage contract negotiation, sealing, filing, archiving, and maintain accurate contract registers and management systems. Monitor contract performance, track milestones, payments, delivery, and compliance with terms. Manage contract variations, change requests, approval workflows, and related documentation. Identify contract risks related to compliance, intellectual property, and service delivery; provide risk mitigation advice. Coordinate with project teams, clients, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure smooth contract execution. Support compliance reviews, implement contract policies, and optimise administration processes. Maintain confidentiality of commercial and project information. Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Management or a related discipline. Extensive relevant experience will be considered as equivalent to qualifications. Minimum 5 years of relevant paid experience in contract administration, contract specialist, or commercial administration. Demonstrated experience in contract drafting, review, negotiation, performance tracking, risk management, and document control. Proven ability to establish and optimise contract management systems and processes. Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and maintain high confidentiality standards.
