You will work closely with stakeholders and delivery teams to implement Salesforce solutions that improve operational efficiency and customer engagement. Role: As a Salesforce Functional Consultant, you will: Work with business stakeholders to gather and document Salesforce requirements. Translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with platform best practices. Configure Salesforce across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud environments. Facilitate workshops, backlog refinement sessions, and solution design discussions. Collaborate with developers and architects to deliver Salesforce capabilities. You will have: 4-6 years of Salesforce functional consulting experience. Strong experience configuring Sales Cloud and Service Cloud solutions. Experience facilitating stakeholder workshops and gathering requirements. Strong understanding of Salesforce data models, security, and automation tools. Salesforce certifications such as Administrator or Consultant certifications. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
