WHAT’S ON OFFER Our client is after a Senior PE (2ic) to join the business and be the lead Engineer on a $300m Commercial new build close to the City. This builder has a huge reputation for delivering complex major projects and high rise towers in all sectors. Ideally you would deliver this successful project as the SPE and as the business grows the role will evolve to become a Project Manager. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Design management and coordination Client coordination and liaison Tendering Budget Estimate and reporting Site Establishment and planning Construction coordination and management Site variation and design change Assist PM with accurate preparation of reports Track ITP’s and hold points Resolve issues with variations and design changes KEY REQUIREMENTS Construction Management Degree or Civil Engineering Degree Proven local industry experience on $100m plus commercial building projects A stable career history within the Tier 1 or Tier 2 construction industry Strong construction site or project engineering experience The ability to work to and meet tight deadlines Well organised, strong work ethic, enthusiastic, motivated, honest and high level of integrity If you would like to find out more and are generally interested in furthering your career, than please contact [email protected] or call David Shapiro on 0416 214 189.
