Position Overview Silverstone Energy Pty Ltd is seeking a qualified Electrical Engineer to support its ongoing operations across electrical and infrastructure projects. The role is required to assist with the design, documentation, installation support, and commissioning of electrical systems, ensuring compliance with relevant Australian standards and project specifications. The position will also provide technical support to project teams and assist in resolving system issues to maintain operational efficiency and safety. Working within a multidisciplinary environment, the position will contribute to the effective and timely delivery of projects while maintaining safety, quality, and operational standards. Position Responsibilities and Tasks Design and develop electrical systems for power generation and infrastructure projects, supporting delivery from concept through to commissioning and maintenance Prepare technical drawings, specifications, and documentation for electrical installations, control systems, and energy solutions Support installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems to ensure compliance with Australian standards and project requirements Analyse system performance, identify faults or inefficiencies, and implement corrective and optimisation measures Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including civil, mechanical, and surveying personnel to support integrated project delivery Provide engineering advice and technical support to site teams and contractors during construction and operational phases Assist in planning, cost estimation, and resource allocation for electrical components of projects Ensure all electrical works comply with relevant regulations, safety standards, and quality requirements Qualifications and Skills Bachelor's degree or higher qualification in Electrical Engineering or a related field Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience Knowledge of electrical systems design, installation, and commissioning Ability to interpret technical drawings and engineering documentation Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Good communication and teamwork abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team Salary: From $100,000 superannuation
