As a Salesperson, you will have a variety of different tasks, including but not limited to; Sales and customer service, merchandising, following up on orders, maintaining a clean work environment and stocking shelves. To be successful you must: · Be highly motivated and results driven person with outstanding customer service and communication skills · Available to work weekends and late nights with flexibility throughout the busy retail trade periods · Have a good level of computer skills, using POS systems · Have a high attention to detail · Enjoy working in a team environment What we require: · Experience in (or ability to work in) a customer focused, successful retail business · Ability to service your customers while managing work tasks around their needs · Going above and beyond to provide exceptional customer focused problem solving · Experience of resolving customer complaints and making quick decisions to ensure happy customers and timely accurate services · Passion to exceed individual and store sales targets & KPI’s · A high level of Electrical product knowledge such as small home appliances, Whitegoods, TV’s & Audio.
