The Role: Lead PCB design for ASIC and FPGA-based systems Design and develop high-speed digital hardware (10/25GbE, PCIe Gen5) Own schematic capture and PCB layout, from concept through to production Define and implement thermal and power strategies for global data centre deployments Collaborate with ASIC teams to influence silicon design decisions Manage external design partners and manufacturing vendors Oversee prototype bring-up, testing, and system characterisation What You’ll Bring: 5 years hardware design experience Experience with high-speed PCB design (Altium Designer) Experience with Signal Integrity (SI) and Power Integrity (PI) Hardware bring-up, test, and characterisation experience Production and manufacturing processes experience Experience delivering reliable, production-grade hardware systems A practical, solutions-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team Nice to Have: RF system experience Programming skills (Python, C/C++) FPGA/RTL development (Verilog, VHDL, SystemVerilog) To apply, please click the link provided or use the contact details below if you have any questions about the role or company.
