We’re partnering with a high-growth digital organisation that is open to a junior candidate who is ready to build a long-term career in sales. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their journey, ideally with a minimum of 12 months’ experience in phone-based sales or over-the-phone customer service, who is confident communicating with people and eager to develop in a high-performance sales environment. This is a role where attitude and consistency matter more than a perfect CV. We’re looking for potential over polish — someone hungry to learn, comfortable picking up the phone, and motivated to build a career in sales. You will receive full structured onboarding and ongoing sales training, with strong mentorship from experienced sales leaders who will help you build confidence and capability quickly. You’ll be supported from day one, with a clear focus on development and setting you up for long-term success. In this role, you will be responsible for high-volume outbound calling to prospective customers and clients who are not yet engaged with the platform. Your focus will be on introducing the business, creating interest, and signing up new clients to the platform. It’s a fast-paced, phone-heavy role where resilience, energy, and consistency are key. You’ll be joining a business in significant growth mode within Australia’s digital space — a platform that connects thousands of Australians with automotive opportunities every day.
