We are currently seeking a Full-Time Sales Representative to support our operations in Perth, Western Australia . In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and supporting the sales of the company's renewable energy products within the local market. This includes identifying business opportunities, engaging with solar installers and commercial clients, and providing product recommendations based on customer requirements. You will also assist in coordinating project delivery and maintaining strong client relationships, including providing basic post-sales support and liaising with technical teams to ensure effective resolution of customer enquiries and system-related issues. Tasks and Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities within the renewable energy sector, including engaging with solar installers, EPC contractors, and commercial clients. Promote and represent the company's solar inverter and energy storage products, driving sales and achieving revenue targets. Assess customer requirements and recommend suitable product solutions based on project needs and application scenarios. Conduct product presentations and client meetings to demonstrate product features, benefits, and applications. Prepare quotations, proposals, and basic project specifications, and negotiate pricing and terms to secure sales. Maintain and develop strong relationships with existing clients to support repeat business and long-term partnerships. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback, and report insights to management to support business strategy. Coordinate with internal teams to support order processing, project delivery, and customer enquiries. Provide ongoing product guidance and after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, pipeline progress, and revenue outcomes in line with company procedure. To ensure that you are successful in this role you will possess/demonstrate: Relevant qualification Minimum 1 - 2 years of relevant experience Strong interpersonal and communication skills Attention to detail Desire to learn and adapt to environment Ability to work in a team environment Job Type: Full Time Salary Offered: The role offers a remuneration package ranging from $75, 000 - $85,000 p.a. plus superannuation for a 38-hour work week.
