You’ll be working on major data centres, defence projects and healthcare projects worth up to $1.5 billion, the kind of complex, technically exciting work that moves the needle on Australia’s built environment. Who we’re looking for You’re probably 3-8 years' in to your career, technically strong, and a bit over the “ same old, same old ” in your current consultancy. You’ve got solid experience delivering end-to-end structural design on a range of projects (ideally $1M to $2B scale but open to something different) using concrete, steel, masonry, timber, and post-tensioned concrete. More importantly, you’re someone who communicates clearly (with clients, architects, and builders), enjoys solving real-world challenges, and wants to help build and shape a growing team rather than just tick boxes.
