Your New Role Do you love turning complexity into automated, repeatable execution ? As an Automation Engineer (Agentic) , you’ll focus on how work gets done . This role is about building intelligent, agent‑driven automation that orchestrates tasks, systems and workflows across the Fund, safely, reliably and at scale. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Hyperautomation, you’ll design and operate automation solutions that combine agentic decision‑making with execution platforms such as Power Automate, APIs and enterprise systems. You’ll help reduce manual effort, increase resilience and embed automation directly into business and technology processes. This role suits someone who enjoys systems thinking, orchestration, reliability and execution — and who wants to push automation beyond simple rules into adaptive, intelligent workflows. What You’ll Do Design and build agent‑driven automation workflows that execute end‑to‑end processes Develop intelligent automation using Python, Power Automate, APIs and orchestration patterns Integrate automation with enterprise platforms, data services and digital channels Operate and continuously improve automation solutions in production environments Implement controls, guardrails and human‑in‑the‑loop patterns for safe execution Partner with business and technology teams to identify and deliver high‑value automation use cases What You’ll Need Strong hands‑on experience delivering automation or platform solutions in complex environments Demonstrated experience using Python for automation, scripting or orchestration Experience building and supporting automation solutions end‑to‑end Strong understanding of execution platforms (Power Automate, APIs, workflow engines) Experience operating automation in production with monitoring and lifecycle management Pragmatic problem‑solving mindset and strong stakeholder collaboration skills You are likely well suited if you enjoy: Execution, orchestration, reliability, process automation and making systems “just work”.
