This role is ideal for a seasoned professional who thrives in secure, complex environments and enjoys taking ownership of enterprise‑grade Windows platforms. You’ll support and administer key components of the organisation’s Windows ecosystem, lead incident and problem management activities, and ensure the security and integrity of server, desktop, laptop and data‑centre environments. This position plays a critical role in maintaining operational stability and implementing modern Microsoft technologies across the agency.
