This is a hands‑on, high‑impact role where systems engineering, AI orchestration and modern DevOps practices come together to create scalable, resilient and adaptive digital platforms.You’ll help define and implement an agent‑enabled technology stack, using AI, automation and integrations to improve speed, reliability, security and delivery velocity across complex, real‑world environments.What You’ll Make HappenTravel Platform Experience EnablementIdentify friction and opportunity across digital travel journeys and design system‑level improvements across web, mobile and operational touch-points.Enable smarter booking, customer engagement, loyalty and in‑journey experiences through intelligent integrations and automation.Support scalable, high‑performance, guest‑ and partner‑facing platforms built for global use.Systems, Integrations & AutomationBuild and maintain lightweight backend services, scripts and integration components.Design and implement API‑driven and event‑based integrations across marketing, commerce, operational and partner systems.Create workflow automations that reduce manual effort and unlock efficiency across distributed teams.AI Pipelines & Agentic WorkflowsDesign and orchestrate AI‑driven workflows that automate reasoning, coordination and multi‑step task execution.Implement agent‑based patterns that safely support autonomous decision‑making and system interaction.Apply AI pragmatically to improve development workflows, diagnostics, operational intelligence and solution design.DevOps, Reliability & GovernanceImplement CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation and modern environment management practices.Support monitoring, observability and performance analysis to keep systems stable, resilient and secure at scale.Embed security, privacy and data governance into system and AI design — including validation and guardrails for AI‑generated outputs.Collaboration & InfluencePartner closely with Product, Engineering, Commercial and Operations teams to deliver integrated, outcome‑driven solutions.Contribute to troubleshooting, incident response and continuous improvement across live platforms.Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable outcomes for non‑technical stakeholders.What We’re Looking For6–10 years’ experience in systems engineering, integrations, automation or related roles.Strong understanding of system architecture, APIs, cloud platforms and modern integration patterns.Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (e.g. Python, JavaScript, TypeScript).Experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control and deployment workflows.Hands‑on exposure to AI‑assisted development, automation or agent‑based systems.Product‑ and user‑centric mindset, with a strong focus on reliability, speed and real‑world impact.Clear communicator who collaborates effectively across technical and non‑technical teams.Nice to HaveExperience with large‑scale consumer or travel‑related platforms (booking, commerce, CRM, operational systems).Exposure to agentic AI frameworks, orchestration tools or event‑driven architectures.Experience with observability, diagnostics or performance tuning in production environments.Why This Role MattersThis role isn’t about maintaining legacy systems, it’s about shaping how intelligent platforms will define the future of travel.
