That's why we are passionate about not only what we do, but how we do it. The Role As a Project Sales Support specialist, you will be the engine room of our Sales Team. Reporting to the State Manager, you will play a critical role in equipping our sales force with the technical data, accurate quotes, and project resources needed to turn opportunities into successful deliveries. Key Responsibilities Quotation & Technical Support: Analyse mechanical specifications to provide accurate equipment selections and technical data to customers. Project Coordination: Track targeted quotations, follow up on tenders, and convert approved tenders into sales orders within our systems. Customer & Consultant Liaison: Act as a key point of contact for consulting engineers and contractors, providing support for ducted system selection and training on the Actron Select tool. Operational Excellence: Review production schedules to validate delivery dates and coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to meet customer lead times. Brand Representation: Join Business Development Managers at external meetings, trade nights (AIRAH/AMCA), and industry events to showcase ActronAir's strengths. What We're Looking For Experience: Essential background in customer service. Previous experience with ERP systems is highly regarded. Technical Savvy: Proficiency in MS Word and Excel, with a willingness to master internal tools and stay updated on industry technology. Mindset: A professional who uses initiative, works well under pressure, and demonstrates high attention to detail. Interpersonal Skills: The ability to influence and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
