You will be the first point of contact for clients and play an important role in keeping the office running smoothly. Your responsibilities will include: Meeting and greeting clients Answering phones and responding to client queries Booking and managing appointments Managing mail distribution and client correspondence Preparing general documents, letters, emails and internal office forms Supporting the Sales, Leasing and Property Management teams with administration tasks Arranging and preparing marketing, including web listings, signboards and marketing quotes Assisting with proposals, presentations, reports and marketing collateral Preparing sale and lease advice instructions to solicitors Updating and maintaining CRM systems, databases and listing platforms Liaising with owners, tenants, solicitors and other stakeholders Coordinating staff meetings and taking minutes when required Assisting with social media marketing Completing ad hoc administration duties as needed About the Company Our client is a well-established Commercial Real Estate agency based in Campbelltown, servicing the Macarthur region and surrounding areas.
